Have you ever noticed how you can go to one wedding after another, see the splendor of it all and wonder where on earth they got the money to have such a lavish affair? Well this book is going to give you every insider's secret that I've found throughout the years, so you too can have your very own lavish, dream wedding without going broke in the process.

First, I will briefly fill you in on my background so you feel more comfortable with my experience and credentials.

I have worked with brides and bridal parties for more than sixteen years now and have discovered so many ways to eliminate unforeseen headaches and regrets. For remember; once you have spent your hardearned money and the big day has passed, there is no way to possibly recapture what will probably be the biggest event and cost; combined; of your life; once all is said and done.

Friends started asking me to help with their weddings years ago, primarily due to my artistic nature which they thought would give their wedding originality and a special flair. Word started spreading quickly and before long; much to my delight, I was becoming highly recommended. I did this on the side and decided that somehow getting a job in the wedding field might help. So I took a position as a manager of a bridals and formals shop. I continued in this area for a few years; loving every minute; and soon brides were coming into my shop asking me to help them design their weddings. I learned more than I ever expected to, from designing invitations, to floral arrangements, to one-of-a-kind headpieces and veils. I was thrilled to be able to help so much and to be able to really enjoy what I was doing at the same time. My own wedding was the first experience I had ever had beyond being a bridesmaid and with my wedding I learned quickly and the hard way, for two reasons. Number one; I had very little money to work with and number two, I had only four months from start to finish once my future mother-in-law set the date. So there you have it! I learned and found that I was really good at this wedding stuff and to this day, I still have people compliment my own wedding as one of the most elegant and beautiful in their memories.

So many people were calling me for advice and consulting that I realized the only way I was going to be able to share my help and my knowledge as much as I would like, would be to put my experience in the form of a book that would be available to everyone.

I have tried to format this book into chapters, by subject, of the most frequently asked questions, biggest concerns and then interjecting helpful hints as they apply or as I remember them...I am not an author. It is my sincere hope that many of these suggestions will enable you to accomplish your special day with greater ease and without having to "mortgage your firstborn child" to be able to pay for the occasion.

Here's wishing you every happiness and success!
